Over 292 Scouts went to D-A for a Olympic sport game twist with disability awareness being the theme. Games were sport rings, wheel chair race, crutch race, lasso the maiden, cross the moat, blind obstacle course, outdoor human foosball, cardboard sleds and the annual “Dogsled” race with no dogs!!
We also had a dutch oven dessert and polar bear shelter contest. Troop 1111 just edged out T 846 by ONE point!
Overall, 300 cups of hot cocoa were downed and a little snow flurry came in Saturday afternoon for sled races.
a HUGE thank you to staff – too many to mention. Great Scout spirit was shown and the big SLEDTrophy is on its’ 16th year.
